About Elite Prevention Strategies

Elite Prevention Strategies brings the discipline, perspective, and depth of enterprise security strategy to organizations seeking to strengthen how they protect their people, operations, assets, and broader business interests.

Built on more than 20 years of experience across security, operations, human resources, safety, loss prevention, enterprise risk, and emergency preparedness, Elite approaches security as an integral part of how an organization operates, not as a standalone function.

Elite was built around a simple conviction. Organizations are often unnecessarily exposed, not because they lack commitment to security, but because security has not been fully integrated into business operations, decision-making, and culture.

As a strategic security partner, Elite brings enterprise-level perspective, cross-functional expertise, and practical solutions to complex security and organizational challenges.

Our approach is practical, human-centered, and direct. We focus on building capacity, not dependency. We help organizations strengthen understanding, recognize risk, improve decision-making, and confidently take action when it matters most.

CEO, Founder & Security Culture Strategist

Valarie founded Elite Prevention Strategies to bring the discipline, perspective, and depth of enterprise security strategy to organizations working to strengthen how they protect their people, operations, and assets.

Her foundation is 20 years in retail business leadership, where she led through an asset protection lens across security, operations, human resources, safety, loss prevention, enterprise risk, and emergency preparedness. The role required her to build cross-functional partnerships, influence decisions across departments, and connect security and safety priorities to the broader needs of the business.

Our Mission

Protection That People Practice

To equip organizations to protect their people, assets, and operations by building security cultures grounded in human engagement, proactive risk management, and practical resilience.

We believe the most effective security programs are not the most complex ones. They are the ones the people inside an organization actually understand, trust, and practice. Everything we do is designed to close the gap between what an organization says it does and what it actually does when it matters.

What Guides Us

Our Values

  • Integrity

We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in every engagement. You get honest findings, transparent recommendations, and counsel you can rely on.

  • Human-Centered Approach

Security is a people discipline. We listen carefully, observe closely, and tailor every strategy to the real human dynamics of your organization.

  • Excellence

We do not deliver work we would not stand behind. Every assessment, training, and strategy reflects our respect for what our clients are protecting.

  • Collaboration

We are partners, not vendors. We work alongside your leadership and your team to build solutions that are yours and that last after we are gone.

  • Commitment to Community

Safer organizations build safer communities. We are invested in the well-being of Atlanta and the broader communities we serve.

  • Continuous Intelligence

The threat landscape evolves constantly. We stay current so you do not have to, and we bring that intelligence into every engagement.

Let's Talk About Your People

Every engagement starts the same way. A conversation about what your organization is protecting, who is responsible for it, and what happens today when something feels off.
